1. High Precision Welding Rotator 

   - Made of heavy-duty carbon steel, it has a load-bearing capacity of 1 ton to 1000 tons and is equipped with a variable frequency speed regulation system. The speed is stable and adjustable to meet the welding needs of workpieces of different diameters.  

   - The roller surface is covered with wear-resistant polyurethane, which effectively protects the workpiece surface, prevents slipping, reduces vibration, and ensures welding quality.

   - The roller can also be made of steel wheel material according to the customer's workpiece conditions and usage requirements, which has higher hardness. 

2. Intelligent Welding Positioner  

   - 360° stepless rotation, can be matched with servo drive system, positioning accuracy reaches ±0.1°, supports linkage with robot welding system, and realizes all-round automated welding of complex welds.  

   - Rotation, tilting and lifting functions are optional.

   - Modular design and customizable fixtures to meet customers' diverse production needs.  

3. Heavy Duty Welding Manipulator  

   - The cross arm has a span of 6 meters and is equipped with high-rigidity guide rails and precision reducers. It runs smoothly and is suitable for welding and cutting operations of large structural parts.  

   - Lincoln DC1000 SAW welding system integration to achieve automated seam welding.

   - The CCTV camera system displays the welding status and weld completion in real time during the operation.

   - Integrated digital control system supports remote monitoring and fault diagnosis, reducing manual intervention costs.
